I must say, Cathy went above and beyond what a real estate agent signs up for. I live 5 hours from Lake Almanor, so Cathy was my eyes and ears when I couldn’t be available for issues and concerns. She was able to hire contractors and service companies when I needed them and she always kept my best interest in mind.  I believe Cathy has a instinctive grasp of the Lake Almanor Basin real estate and if it wasn’t for her experience and insight to client’s selling and buying, my cabin would still be on the market.
